3. Services & Payments

We provide coworking space rental and related services.

Payment for services can be made by:

  • Cash on arrival

  • Online payment via Stripe

All prices listed are in BGN and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify the prices or services at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or confirmation email.

  • Cancellations must be communicated according to our cancellation policy (available upon request).

  • GATHR COWORK reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify bookings at its discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in any activity that could harm or disrupt our network or services.

  • Uploading or transmitting any viruses or malicious code.

  • Violating the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
